  • How can you save us money?
  • What if we get audited by the ALE?
  • Is this information confidential?
  • What is the easiest way to contact you?

Q: Why should we outsource?
A: Outsourcing has become a way of life in the business world. Outsourcing offers an un-biased view of your operation, and an honest assessment of problematic areas without the emotional ties.
Q: Why do we need your service?
A: We are an independent auditing group that has over 40 years of experience in the nightclub and restaurant industry. We can spot problematic areas of your business that you may not be able to see, and we can do this for a relatively small fee.  There is no danger of collusion whatsoever.
Q: How can you save us money?
A: As a general rule, there is a very high profit potential with liquor-by-the-drink establishments. By the same token, there is an equally high risk of loss in this area, by either over pouring, theft, or a combination of the two. We can find these problems. If you can lower your costs by even 2% weekly, you can realize a significant increase in your bottom line on a yearly basis.

Q: What if we get audited by the ALE?
A: The ALE uses a method similar to ours to audit your business. If you were to be audited, we would stand beside you. WE WILL NOT divulge any of your confidential information to anyone, unless you give us permission to. We are your fiduciary. Because our audits are very similar, we would be able to represent your business to them in a fashion that should be more favorable. We do not guarantee any results in an audit, but we can help them understand where the true losses have occurred.
